MixMart is a chain of ‘close to home’ stores that operates on the cross-docking principle and provides clients with fresh items and household essentials.

What was done

MixMart turned to Uployal to implement a digital loyalty program with tools for personalization and management of promotions, the ability to analyse the actions of buyers. For MixMart, the Uployal team developed a practical mobile application that enables you to increase your customer base and tailor your marketing. System integration with CRM is the key to analysing consumer activity.By designing a push notification system, the developers were able to address the issue of creating effective communication with visitors.
